ATV Tour Itinerary in Laguna Huaypo and Laguna Piuray

We start with pick-ups at the Plaza de Armas and hotels near the center of Cusco. Then we go in our private mobility for approximately 50 minutes until we reach our base located in the town of Cruz Pata. Once there we will give you the safety equipment and a brief explanation of how the ATVs are used for approximately 10 minutes, and then proceed with the training and handling of the ATVs. Once they are ready we will begin our adventure.

The route in ATVs heading to the first point of visit that will be the Huaypo lagoon, having a small historical review of this place and its surroundings, then we will go to the town of Chinchero to go to the Piuray Lagoon on the way we will appreciate beautiful landscapes and picturesque towns, we can also appreciate a little of the fauna of the lagoon. Then we will go to a viewpoint where we can appreciate the 5 snow-capped mountains that surround the sacred valley. We will end the tour returning to our base, and then board the private transport that will take us back to the center of Cusco, ending our adventure on Shapy Street.

We pick you up from your hotel at 3am, then we go to our destination which will be the community of “PACCHANTA”, which is located near the snowy “Ausangate”, which is at 4200 meters above sea level. Where we will have our breakfast, then we will start our walk with gradual ascent in the middle of the Andes mountain range to explore “beautiful 7 Lagunas Ausangate, at the beginning we will walk about 6 km. to visit the first lagoon (1:30 hrs approx.), then we will continue this fascinating adventure visiting other lagoons,  It will be a 10 km route. approximately (5 hours of walking).

We will return to the community of “PACCHANTA” where we will enjoy the hot springs and our lunch, then we will return to Cusco, after this wonderful experience.
